Dr. David Carter - S4L President

The Early Show on CBS is seeking "Angels" - people who are selflessly doing amazing things for others. I cannot think of a better example of an "Angel" than Dr. David Carter, an orthodontist in Augusta, GA. David has been elected President of Smile for a Lifetime Foundation's National Board of Directors. It is a herculean task and he spends untold hours coordinating and organizing S4L as we roll out nationally.
